Surgix Instruments offers a premium selection of self-retaining and handheld abdominal retractors engineered for deep pelvic and abdominal exposure. Designed to hold back heavy tissue walls, organs, and subcutaneous layers during complex laparotomy and open abdominal surgeries, our retractors ensure maximum visibility and a clear operational field. Each system is forged from German-grade stainless steel to provide smooth ratcheting, high mechanical stability, and full autoclavable durability in demanding surgical environments.

Hands-Free Exposure: Features self-retaining frames, multi-blade setups, and precise locking mechanisms (such as Balfour, Gosset, and O'Sullivan-O'Connor) that eliminate manual strain during lengthy procedures.

Tissue Protection: Deep, contoured blades with smooth, atraumatic edges prevent pressure necrosis and tissue trauma during broad retraction.

Customizable Configurations: Modular frame designs and interchangeable side/center blades accommodate diverse patient anatomies and surgical depths.

Sterilization Compliant: Crafted from medical-grade stainless steel engineered for repeated high-temperature steam autoclaving and chemical sterilization.
